  Dr. T. V. Rao - Chairman

 

Dr T V Rao is currently Chairman, of T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. & Chairman, Academic Council, Academy of Human Resources Development, Ahmedabad. He was Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad for over 20 years beginning 1973. He has also worked as L&T Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur during 1983-85. Dr. Rao is the Founder President of the National HRD Network and was President of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS).

Dr. Rao ahs participated in the past in HRD, OD and Self renewal work with Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore; National Institute of Design, Mount Carmel group of colleges, St. Joseph’s group of Institutions, XLRI, Jamshedpur; XIM Bhubaneswar etc. At IIMA he was a member of the Committee for Future Directions coordinate by Dr. C. Rangarajan in late seventies.

Dr. Rao has several publications to his credit in the areas of HRD, Performance management, education, entrepreneurship, health, population and management training. Dr. Rao worked as a short-term consultant to UNESCO, Ministry of Health, Indonesia, National Entrepreneurial Development Association, Malaysia and the Commonwealth Secretariat, London. Dr. Rao has designed and assisted in implementing performance appraisal and other HRD Systems for a number of organizations in India and Abroad.   Raju Rao - Senior Consultant

 

Postgraduate in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, worked as Personnel Manager, Torrent Pharmaceutical Ltd., and is currently Consultant and Director of TVRLS. He did his course in MBTI with Manasayan, and on consulting interventions at NTL, Bethel. He has a wide consulting experience in Assessment centers, 360 Degree Feedback and HRD audit with Alexandria Carbon Black, Egypt, Kewalram Chanrai group Nigeria, GVFL, Aditya Birla Group, NTPC, Tyco International, Neterwala group of industries etc. He co-edited the book on 360 degree and Performance Management Systems. He has been actively involved in ADC in BPL followed by a large number of assessors training and development center in NTPC. Besides 360 degree feedback, HRD Audit & Assessment & Development Centers (ADC) he also carries rich expertise in HR system building intervention.


  Nandini Chawla – Senior Consultant

 

An Electrical Engineer and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai she began her career with TITAN Industries Ltd, initially in the Watch division handling a line Sales responsibility and subsequently with the Jewelry division (TANISHQ) responsible for Retailing & Product Management functions.

Thereafter she joined Indus League Clothing Ltd, handling the Scullers Brand. Her professional experience in successful marketing driven organisations spans Sales, Retailing, Product management and Brand management.
She brings to the table a live business exposure as a successful line manager, having interacted, managed & dealt with sales professionals, subordinates, peers, senior management and above all Customers.

She has completed the Basic Human Processes lab offered by ISABS.

At TVRLS she has worked in the areas of Performance Management, 360 Degree Feedback, HRD Audit, Leadership Development, Team Building, Competency Mapping, Managerial Effectiveness, Assessment & Development Centers, Training & Development.

She has conducted many workshops on using competency based interviewing (BEI). Some of her clients include Mafoi (executive search team), NTPC and professionals from various industries through the open programs titled ‘Demystifying assessment and development centers’.

Mr. Sumeet Varghese - Senior Consultant and Associate Director

   
 
An M. Phil. in Culture Studies from J.N.U., New Delhi, Sumeet Varghese has been an academic for close to 9 years frequently juggling between his roles as a UGC qualified lecturer in business communication processes, business strategy and management and as a senior research scholar at J.N.U. He has contributed several dozen articles and case studies in national and international magazines on communication, strategy and a host of human capital concerns.  For well over 2 years, he was Country Manager for the Human Capital Institute – a leading US-based HR Think-tank, and played a pivotal role in piloting the Institute's foray into India. Earlier, as Senior Researcher for the same firm, he ambitiously pursued developments in diversity recruiting and talent management in American industry. He has published over a dozen white papers and worked on more than 40 position papers with the Institute on issues and challenges impacting human capital management issues globally. His rich experience in documenting and analyzing HR practices in Indian and North American organizations has helped him develop expertise in a host of HCM areas impacting the entire employee life-cycle like Effective Hiring, On boarding , Assessment, Employee Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Engagement, Talent Retention, Mentoring, Succession Planning and Leadership.
He is a certified Professional in Advanced Talent Management and has provided services to a few Fortune 100 firms.

As Senior Consultant and Associate Director at TVRLS, he is actively involved both in consulting and teaching engagements pertaining to 360 Degree Feedback and Competency Mapping apart from developing courses on recruiting and leadership.
   
 

V. Ammineedu, Advisor and Senior Consultant

   
 
Mr. V. AMMINEEDU is the Director (Personnel) of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Public Sector Enterprise under Ministry of Defence with sales of 25 billion rupees and staff strength of about 13,000.

Mr. Ammineedu has a post graduate degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and a post graduate diploma in Marketing Management. Out of his career spanning 35 years, he has been in senior management positions for 19 years. He was responsible for establishing the Kotdwar Unit of the Company in Garhwal District of Uttaranchal. As head of Ghaziabad Unit, he steered this Unit to turn around.

He is the Champion Corporate Director of Six Sigma and he is also responsible for IT policy formulation & implementation in the Company. He has held the position of Director of Operations of eight Units of the Company.

He has been responsible for a number of OD interventions in BEL.

He has visited USA, France, Germany, Netherlands, Russia etc. His initiative during his tenure as Chief Regional Manager at New York Office was instrumental in the formation of the joint venture Company of BEL with GE. He also served in the Board of Directors of this Company, GE-BE.

He served as President of Bangalore Management Association (BMA) for the year 2001-02. During his tenure BMA commenced the Golden Jubilee Celebrations. A number of Seminars were conducted on macro issues such as 'Public Governance' and 'Competitiveness, Industrial Relations and Emerging Employment Policies'. Other Seminars on contemporary topics include Global Software Projects Management, e-Learning and Quality in Management Education.

His research interests are in the areas of Leadership and Spirituality at work place. At TVRLS he is involved in 360 DF, ADCs and PMS.

  Merlin George - Manager 360 Degree Feedback

 

A graduate in English literature. She has been one of the oldest members of the family and has worked with TVRLS for the past 10 years. She is Manager 360-degree feedback. She has acquired expertise in 360 profiling systems & has successfully managed 360 DF data for more than 130 organizations.


  S. Santhanam - MDP Co-ordinator

 

A graduate from Madurai Kamraj University (Tamilnadu). He carries more than 45 years of administrative experience. Which includes nine years of experiencing with commercial organizations & almost 32 years in academic institutions .He has worked for 12 years in MDP- Program administration and 20 years in Management Training Centre (MTC). After superannuating from the IIM - A, he joined TVRLS In February 2002 as Manager/MDP Co-ordinator to promote/support TVRLS training programmes.

   
  Tejal Rathod, Consultant

 

Her areas of expertise are Competency Mapping as well as Assessment Development Centers. At TVRLS she is involved in areas of Competency Mapping, Assessment Development Center, 360 Degree Feedback, Performance Management Systems and HRD Audit. She is also the course manager for the Certificate Course in Competency Mapping and is also involved as an assessor in Assessment Development Center for Assessor’s Training. She’s also a visiting faculty at one of B-Schools in Management.

Some of the projects she’s worked on include organization like Bosch Rexroth, Vedanta Alumina, Sterlite Industries, Rasna, Transformers & Rectifiers India Ltd, Cummins India Ltd – PGBU, IFFCO, Tech-Mahindra, etc.

Tejal is a Commerce Graduate from H. A. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad and further did her MDBA in Finance and Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune. She has also done her Diploma in HRM from AMA, Ahmedabad.

She brings with her six years of work experience of which three & half years of experience has been in the area of Human Resource with Airtel, Gujarat and eNucleus, Ahmedabad. At Airtel she handled HR Operations with key responsibilities including induction, salary, compensation & benefits, as well as internal communication. At eNucleus, Ahmedabad, she took care of recruitment, salary, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, internal communication, etc.


 

Ms. Nidhi Vashishth - Consultant


 

She is currently working as a HRD Consultant with TVRLS. As a HRD Consultant at TVRLS she is involved with programs on 360DF,Competency Mapping, HRD Audit etc

A Gold medallist in Masters of HRM she started her career as a HR Executive. She later took up Academics as a NET Qualified Lecturer. During this period she handled all courses in field of HRD and OD.   and  has been conducting Workshops for Senior Middle and Front Line Management staff .Her areas of expertise being Interventions based on Employee Development by enhancing Leadership skills, Motivation, Team building, Selling skills, Customer Care Skills etc. As a HRD Consultant at TVRLS she is involved with programs on 360DF,Competency Mapping, HRD Audit etc. She has successfully conducted workshops on BBII for large private sector organisations.

She has also anchored Behavioral and Attitude Change Workshops for large Public and Private Sector organisations, and served as an Academician for various MBA and BBA programs in the field of HRD/OD/Business Communication.
   
 

Ms. Shivani Upadhya - Consultant

   
 
Shivani holds two Post Graduate Degrees-one in Industrial Relations and the other in HR. She is a qualified Lawyer with a professional law degree from University of Rajasthan , Jaipur.
 
She began her career as a visiting faculty at the NL Dalmia Institute of Management, Thane teaching HR and Labor laws.

Thereafter she moved to an HR Consulting company Talent Intervention Group (TIG) where she worked in the areas of Performance Management Systems, HR structuring and Policy formulation. Thereafter she moved  to Acusis Software (Medical Transcription) taking up a lead role in HR, anchoring the end-to-end HR function for the BPO.  Shivani brings with her a rich experience in various HR functions.

Her competence lies in designing Policies and Processes and Performance Management System. At TVRLS her areas of work and contribution include Leadership Development through 360 Degree Feedback, Competency Mapping and Assessment Development Centers.

  K. Sumathi - Office Executive

 
A graduate from Bangalore University. She has 8 years of work experience as Front Office Executive. She had worked for MNC Company M/s Sika Interplant Systems Ltd for 5 years as Front Office Executive and 3 years in office administration at M/s. Black Minerals Impex Pvt Ltd and is with TVRLS, Bangalore office for the past 2 Years.

  Keshika Garg - Associate Consultant

 

A double post graduate, she completed her Masters in Commerce and later went on to do Masters in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management from SCMLD, Pune.

She currently anchored the second certificate program in 'Designing & Implementing Assessment Development Centers' and is also working in the areas of Competency Mapping, Assessment & Development Centers, Assessors Training and Performance Management Systems."

   
  Ms. Sabina Sarfaraz - Associate Consultant
 


 
A post graduate in Human Resource Management she started her career as a HR Executive for Resonance Eduventures Ltd. and contributed in areas of Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Training & Development & Employee Welfare.

Currently she is working as an Associate Consultant with TVRLS. At TVRLS her contributions lies in areas of Competency Mapping, 360 Degree feedback, Climate Survey. She is also working in the area of Leadership Development Programs.
   
  Mr. Avinash. V. Rao – Management Trainee
 


 
A postgraduate in Human Resource and Talent Management, he completed his Masters in Business Administration from EMPI Business School (Udai Pareek HR LABS), New Delhi. He has also worked with Dr. Udai Pareek on a project in ‘Instrument Validation and Interpretation’.

Avinash’s core strength lies in training & development and has worked in the areas of psychometric testing, designing training instruments etc. At TVRLS, he has worked in the areas of Assessment Development Centers and is currently working on designing a program in Identifying Training Needs, Career Planning and Succession Planning.
