INTRODUCTION:
With growing employee costs, talent utilization becomes an inevitable imperative. People can give competitive advantage if we know how to use their talent better. Performance Planning is great tool available for this purpose. It needs to be taken out of the performance appraisal context and seen to reap its benefits. This Workshop is meant to help line managers to understand various ways of planning their work and giving their best to the corporation. This also helps individuals in career building as when you give your best you are also likely to get the best.

COURSE METHODOLOGY AND CONTENT:
Concept sessions on calculating the cost of your time (using TVRLS methodology); sensitising to the ROI on your time investments, Performance Planning and its advantages, KPAs and other methods of planning. Performance analysis, and contribution analysis as methods of talent management.
The participants will have an opportunity to plan his/her performance or work for the rest of the year and methods of conducting performance planning sessions and enablers to direct 2000 to 20,000 hours of your and your teams’ time if you have mastered the technique of performance planning and have the right attitude.
