|TVRLS has worked extensively in the area of Performance Management System (PMS). The scope of the assignments includes designing and implementing a new PMS from scratch in an organization, modifying the existing PMS and conducting workshops to educate employees on the philosophy of PMS. TVRLS has also conducted 'Train the Trainer' workshops for its clients and has offered four certificate programs on PMS to HR professionals of various prestigious organizations, from across the country. TVRLS has also offered open programs on PMS. The books written by Prof. Rao on PMS are used extensively as reference material in many B schools and in the industry as well.
Prof. Rao, Chairman of TVRLS has worked as a consultant to the Administrative Reforms Commission and has assisted them in reviewing the Performance Appraisal system of the Civil Services. He has also facilitated the discussions on the PMS during the Civil services day on 21st April 2008 inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India.
TVRLS has implemented over 100 workshops on Performance Management Systems, across organizations covering more than 1500 line managers across all levels. TVRLS has done extensive work in the area of PMS, both in terms of design and implementation for various organizations across the country.
