|Dr. S P Agarwal : Dr. S P Agarwal is a well known management consultant with over 42 years of professional experience. He has had an outstanding academic record and currently he is an Independent Consultant. Till October 2003, he was a Director in A. F. Ferguson & Co., one of the largest professional accounting and management consulting firms in India. He was the National Director for the Organisation Structuring and HR Practice.
He has also been an international consultant with the World Bank and organizations like Thai Airways, Govt of Yemen, Govt of Afghanistan, etc. Previously, Mr. Agarwal has worked with the World Bank as Senior Financial Officer. He has also worked with National Dairy Development Board as Head of Finance reporting directly to the NDDB Chairman, Dr. V. Kurien. He was controlling projects and funds to the tune of US $1.5 billion. Besides, he has worked with Glaxo India as Vice President-Finance.

|Dr. M G Jomon: Dr.Jomon is currently the Professor and Chairperson of Alumni at XLRI, Jamshedpur. He earlier worked with Corporate and Consultancy firms in India and Abroad before joining XLRI 2007.He is a gold medallist in Master's from Loyola. He teaches at Doctoral and MBA level courses. His Consultancy , Research and Training areas are varied and many including: Managerial competency and executive performance designing and implementing HR systems, HR audit, Behavioural Event Interviews (BEI), Performance Management Systems (PMS),Mentoring and Coaching , Career/ Succession Planning and Development.|
